IssueDrift

Your support queue already knows which bug is costing you most.

IssueDrift reads your ticket history, groups it by underlying cause rather than by wording, and ranks each cluster by the revenue sitting behind it — with the tickets cited, so engineering can argue with the evidence instead of the vibe.

Who it's for

Being straight with you

This is early. Clustering is good at recurring, well-described problems and weaker on one-off tickets and terse replies. Revenue weighting needs your account data to mean anything — without it you get volume ranking, which you could already get elsewhere. And a digest does not decide priorities; it gives you a defensible starting point for the argument.
